Crafting Forever, Housework Whenever! Stampin' Up!'s Angel Policy Stamp Set

Crafting Forever, Housework Whenever! Card from July Mostly Cards Class by Becki Ritson, of Sunshine Stamping. Stamped Images (c) Stampin' Up!

This is such a happy card, don't you think? It's the first outing of my newly-purchased "Crafting Forever" stamp set, and probably my favourite of the projects I designed for July's class. And if you could see around me right now, you'd see just how much of a "housework whenever" person I am currently. Honestly, there's stuff everywhere!

I do love the colour combination in this card, too. Nice and clean, and crisp, and cheerful. Have I said before that Lemon Lime Twist is rapidly becoming my favourite of all the new In Colors? I've teamed it with Dapper Denim here, as well as Whisper White, and I love the way it really pops. I think I'm going to frame this one, and have it on the wall in my craft room. What do you reckon?

Here's a close up look at the card front:

Yes, that colour combination makes me smile every time I look at it - I shall definitely use that one again! I hope you like it too...

The two picture images on the card are only partial ones. The images were stamped out and then part cut out using a die (you can see everything I've used in the links below). It's a great way of being able to use several images on a card even when in their entirety they'd be a bit too big to combine. Here's the full stamp set, so you can see what the complete images look like:

Did you spot that tiny little stamp just below the "Crafting Forever!" sentiment? It says "(c) Stampin' Up!" and, if you make cards to sell, using your Stampin' Up! goodies, then you need this stamp. Stampin' Up!, unlike a lot of companies, allows you to sell cards and other projects that use their stamped images, but you do need to comply with their Angel Policy in order to do so. Adding this little copyright stamp to your projects means you're fine to go ahead and sell. Simple, eh? And of course the rest of the images are brilliant for adding to alll sorts of projects. Imagine notepads with those gorgeous pens stamped on the front - perfect! (It's on my crafty "to-do" list...)

As always, you can see everything I've used in this project in the list at the bottom of this post; just click on the links for more information about each item. Shout if you have any questions.

Thanks for dropping by, and I'll see you again soon. xx
