Cardmaking and Papercraft with Becki Ritson Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

Mon 17 Feb 2014

Hello! Today's video is one I've been wanting to put together for some time, and I hope you're going to find it helpful.

I often find that my new customers are a little nervous when it comes to assembling their very first set of Stampin' Up! rubber stamps, and so I've recorded this quick demonstration to show you exactly how I do it - and just how quick and easy it is! In case you're not familiar with our stamps, you'll also see the fabulous storage boxes they come in, just how beautifully presented they are, and how easy it is to find the stamp you need when they're stored neatly on your bookcase or shelf.

I hope you find it useful! I love to hear from you, so do please leave me a comment if you feel that you'd like to.

The stamp sets shown in the video are "Petal Parade" and "See Ya Later". Both sets are exclusively available during this year's Sale-a-Bration, which goes on until 31st March, and are just two of the items that you can choose as your free gift with a £45 purchase. For more information about Sale-A-Bration, click here before 1st April 2014. I still have some spaces left for parties, so if you'd like to book some fun crafting time for you and your friends, and earn free crafting goodies all round, just give me a shout.

You can find more of my videos on the Sunshine Stamping YouTube channel - I'm adding more week by week. If you have a topic that you'd like me to cover, then I'd love you to let me know, so I can add it to my list. You can find out how to contact me here.

Hello!

Those of you who are familiar with our old site / blog will realise that there have been a lot of changes in the last week. Oh my goodness, it's been SUCH a busy few days! It's my birthday today, and I'm looking forward to some down-time. I'm rewarding myself with a day off after a very productive week and Alan's promised to spoil me rotten!

Fancy Some Crafting Time?

What with all the last minute things that always seem to come with a big project, I'm running a little behind schedule at the moment, but I have (finally!) managed to set up the booking page for our March class, and I'm so excited to tell you about it - sorry to keep you waiting!

You can find out more about this wonderful, stress-busting class here. Do pop over and have a look - you can book your place there too, using our brand new, super-easy booking system.

We'll be creating some beautiful projects using the amazing stamp set, "Happy Watercolour", which you've seen me use in a few projects in the last few posts (you can see the whole set pictured just off to the left - isn't it fab?!). I fell in love with this set when we used it at a Team Training event last month and decided then and there that I had to change my plans for March and get you all using it as well. I know you're going to love the projects I have planned for you, and I'll get a photo of the projects up as soon as possible (as I said, I'm running a little behind at the moment, so please do bear with me).

New Website

Thank you SOOOO much to those of you who have sent me lovely comments about the new website - I'm so pleased with it, and am delighted that you seem to like it too. I'm really interested in your comments and feedback, so if you'd like to, and can spare me a moment or two of your time, then I'd love it if you would add a few words at the bottom of this post. Have a wander round the site, I hope you love what you see. It's still a bit of a work in progress - the brilliant Abbie (from www.polyspiral.com) has done a wonderful job of pulling it all together, but there are still some pages that are a little bit sparse - and that's all down to me, I'm afraid. I'm working my way through my to-do list, but didn't want to delay any longer in letting the site go live! (If you find anything that doesn't work as you expect, please let me know, and I promise I'll get to it as soon as humanly possible.)

Don't Forget...

Right. I'm going to love you and leave you for the moment now, but don't forget to pop over and book your place on our lovely March class. Go on, you know you deserve some "me-time"....

Hello! Thanks for visiting my brand new blog, on my brand new website (I do hope you like it!). This post is going to stay at the top for a while, to so please scroll down a little way to see later ones.

This new version of my blog only shows you posts since the beginning of 2014, but if you'd like to see earlier ones (and there are several years' worth) then you still can. All you need to do is to visit my previous site, which you can find at www.sunshinestamping.blogspot.co.uk . I've stripped that site down as far as possible, but you will still be able to see my previous blog posts for the foreseeable future. Please do bear in mind though, that since moving to this sparkly new website, some of the links in the old posts won't work any longer, but I hope you'll forgive me that...

Thanks for visiting, do pop back soon!
